This product is warranted to be free from defect in material and manufacture for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Misuse of the product will void any warranty.

If this product is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be either a refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs or replacement of product at the sole discretion of CreaProducts LLC. Except where prohibited by law, CreaProducts LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from this product, regardless of the legal theory asserted. |
